Privacy Policy

When you register we collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, emergency contact details, fitness level and activities of interest, plus how you heard about your club.

As you use the app we record event RSVPs, attendance check-ins, points and badges, feed posts, and messages you send to your club administrators. Optional uploads such as a profile picture are stored only if you provide them.

We use your information to operate your membership: to identify you at events, issue your digital membership card and member ID, run attendance and rewards, send club announcements, and respond to your messages.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your club's owner, admins and authorised committee roles can see your membership record for the club you belong to. Other members see only limited directory information such as your display name and profile picture.

Clubs are isolated from each other: administrators of one club cannot access members or content belonging to another club.

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules, and traffic is encrypted in transit. Profile pictures and club artwork are held in private storage served through short-lived signed links.

We keep your membership record for as long as you are a member of a club on the platform. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your profile and associated personal information, other than records we must keep for legitimate administrative reasons.

You can view and edit most of your profile inside the app. Some fields, such as date of birth and gender, are read-only after registration and are changed by your club administrator. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
